Straight answers, no fine-print games

How tiers work, when billing starts, what happens after the trial, and the legal notes worth reading.

Each tier is assigned share units based on its monthly contribution: Tier 1 = 1 share, Tier 2 = 2, Tier 3 = 4, Tier 4 = 8, Tier 5 = 16, Tier 6 = 32. When a deal closes, net profit is divided by the total share units across all active partners, and each partner receives their share count × the per-share amount.

On the reference stack (one partner at each tier), the math is:
  • Tier 1: $50/mo, 1 share ≈ 1.6% of the pool
  • Tier 2: $100/mo, 2 shares ≈ 3.2% of the pool
  • Tier 3: $200/mo, 4 shares ≈ 6.3% of the pool
  • Tier 4: $400/mo, 8 shares ≈ 12.7% of the pool
  • Tier 5: $800/mo, 16 shares ≈ 25.4% of the pool
  • Tier 6: $1,600/mo, 32 shares ≈ 50.8% of the pool
